In order to be loved by everyone, I used the name that I am familiar with as the store name. Fill your energy for tomorrow with delicious sake and appetizers‍ “Yoppi”. Originating from my name “Yuki”, many who have supported and guided me throughout my culinary journey have affectionately called me by this nickname. My decision to name this Izakaya “Yoppi” symbolises my resolve to make every dish a delicious one that does not betray the trust and hopes that everyone has of me.
